In recent years, the use of non-invasive prenatal genetic testing (NIPT) has gradually extended from high-risk pregnant women to general pregnant women. This year, the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists (ACOG) recently released a new set of guidelines recommending prenatal screening for aneuploidy in all pregnant women, regardless of their age or other risk factors.
With the continuous popularization of domestic NIPT projects and many provinces and cities are actively including them in the scope of medical insurance, the demand for high-throughput and automated testing is becoming more and more obvious. AMTK and DARUI genes cooperated to develop a high-throughput NIPT library. Construct an automated solution, which is simple, practical, easy to operate, and accelerates the deployment of the clinical application of NIPT testing items.
