The sample pre-processing of flow cytometry is very important. The process is neither like a complicated NGS nor a high-throughput biochemical test, but it also needs to ensure that the process is accurate, the operation is consistent, and the data is reliable, repeatable and traceable. We have compared the difference between instrument operation and manual operation (accuracy rates are 99.85% and 99.22%, respectively).
