ME-480 Fully-automatic Nucleic Acid Extractor

ME-480 Fully-automatic nucleic acid extractor is based on the magnetic beads adsorption method by the magnetic rod. The system is composed of five 96-channel magnetic rod, heating module and automatic loading/unloading module of magnetic rod sleeve. It’s compatible with different nucleic acid extraction reagents with magnetic beads, widely used for large-scale automatic nucleic acid extraction with kinds of samples, such as whole blood, serum, plasma, swab, exfoliated cells, urine, sputum, feces, tissue, dried blood spots, saliva, lung lavage fluid and etc. 

n96-channel magnetic rod:

üIt has five 96-channel magnetic rods, can parallelly process 96/192/288/384/480 samples.

nAutomatic loading/unloading module for magnetic rod sleeve:

ü It can save labor and improve automation.

nPollution prevention:

üIt has high efficiency filter system with H14 level, and the filter efficiency of 0.3 M particles is ≥99.99%. With UV disinfection system, the irradiation intensity of UV lamp is 100 µW/cm2.

nSuper magnetic attraction:

üThe magnetic flux is up to 5200. The recovery of magnetic beads is ≥98%.

nHeating module:

üIt has 10 sets heating modules which meets the temperature requirements of lysis and elution. The temperature range is from RT to 105℃.

Application:

  1. Large-scale gene detection of pathogenic microorganism or screening items in molecular diagnosis of clinical market, such as public health infection emergencies, mass screening of HBV/HPV, etc.

  2.  Screening of genetic markers in agricultural molecular breeding.

  3. The gene detection of infection events in animal epidemic prevention, such as swine fever and avian flu, etc.

  4. The system can be used in the third-party medical laboratories , movable laboratories and hospitals.
